Red Hood: The Hill (2024) #4 by Shawn Martinbrough

1.0

This was Exposition: The Story. Batman comes across like a negligent fool for letting a psi-kinetic who projects monsters to kill people live in the Hill. You know what would be interesting, if someone called out the rich white guy for dumping his trash in a poor neighbourhood filled with people of colour. A reflection of how western nations treat other nations. But that’s not where we’re headed here.

Jason doesn’t come across well either. He’s antagonistic towards Bruce. I know they don’t always get along but this was petulant behaviour.

Denise once again nearly gets kidnapped. It’s beginning to look silly now.

So did Gary’s husband Travis die? Are they not going to address that?

Anyway, I might try one more issue. I’m hoping it ends with five but I have no idea.
