Best of the series so far. The world building and plot really grew into its own in this book. At parts it did feel a little like info dumping, but the plot was interesting enough I didn’t mind. Everything just felt so much more fleshed out and I loved getting answers to some of the questions. I loved Vagan and Shelby. Their dynamic was great. Collins was also interesting. Looking forward to the next book.
