Really fun fast read. (Well for me)
Okay ofc this is not the like best book ever I know it has things that possibly a lot of ppl don’t like.
However, it’s a fun little mystery.
There have been other books where the love triangle envelopes everything and is the main plot but it isn’t here and it definitely didn’t have a like actual love triangle. It kept me guessing the whole time and every time I guess wrong and not a lot of books keep me interested as much as this series has.
Ofc it is an overused paranormal trope but I think the author did a good job. And keep in mind that this book was published in 2011 so if you’re reading it right now ofc some things might feel outdated but it didn’t feel that way to me.
I was in a reading slump and my grandma passed away earlier this week so having this to read kept my mind off everything that was going on.
I’m just saying in my opinion it is a pretty good book and there’s a lot more to it.
Just give it a chance.
I put five stars bc why not?
If I feel happy and excited in the end and with the cliffhanger then why not give it the five stars?
It kept me guessing.
It made me laugh
I almost cried
Becca did a great job with mixing in several different types of characters which always kept you on edge and it just gives you this adrenaline
