I started this book fully expecting my review to be just the barfing emoji, but I was genuinely surprised by how much I enjoyed it. It's definitely full of generalizations and cliches, it is pretty repetitive in using money, work, and relationships as the categories of every problem, and it sometimes feels like throwing quotes at a wall to see what sticks. I was expecting most of that, but I wasn't expecting so much of it to actually stick. This book made me think about myself and my life in ways I hadn't thought before, and taking my time reading and thinking about it was very meaningful and therapeutic.
