I think this graphic novel was a really great way to expand upon The Graveyard Book. Even though I'd already read the novel, I still found this really interesting and engaging. Maybe it's just because I'm a fan of comics, or maybe it's because it's just a really good book. Really though it's very likely both! This is a great way for middle grades aged kids who maybe aren't super into reading to get involved in the story and to enjoy it, or even just for kids who DO like to read. It takes the story and just makes it that much more vivid, which is a lot of fun!
