Three women from the same family across multiple centuries, all discovering truths about the women in their family while facing dangerous men. I appreciated the way the author wove these three stories together. I was drawn into each woman’s story, as well as the pull of nature for each one. The short chapters led to a bit of whiplash as the author switched among storylines, but otherwise, I enjoyed this book cover to cover.
