ARC kindly received for an honest review.

I loved this book - it was so much fun. I've been looking forward to these mountain men since Max's book (Last on the List) and this did not disappoint. Whilst I wasn't 100% sure how the whole surrogacy thing was going to play out (I know nothing about how surrogacy works, especially in the US, given I don't live there, not to mention the way its organised in this story), but hey it's fiction, and the book was really fun and I enjoyed the connection between Trista and Wyatt. I also really loved the connection the whole Fletcher family has - they're so fun and supportive of each other.

There were many things from Trista's past she has to overcome/work through and Wyatt is just a grumpy mountain man with his own issues as well, but somehow these two work and the whole book plays out really well. I loved how everything came together in the end, and there were plenty of parts that made me nearly cry as well.

Definitely recommend and can't wait for the Calder's book next!
