A lot of people have recommended me this book over the years. It may have been helpful when I was first starting out in business, since it’s aimed at self-employed people struggling to take a consistent salary from their business, running things on a cash basis. In my case, my co-founder and I have long paid ourselves a salary and I am reasonably up on our business’ accounting metrics and reports, so I didn’t get a lot from the suggestions and approaches in this book.
