The Hidden Life of Trees: What They Feel, How They Communicate by Peter Wohlleben

3.0

To be honest, I only made it through half the book before I had to return it to the library. It was very interesting and held my attention for awhile, but became repetitive, or perhaps the information needed more theming to my ear - it’s possible by listening to the audiobook I lost a bit of that chapter organization. He anthropomorphizes a lot, which was quaint to start but by the half way point I was ready for more science. The language is very accessible, so I would recommend this if you’re into trees and nature.
