I feel like maybe I am missing something with this one. The plot, for me, was extremely slow, and I found the alternating perspectives not really of added value. Not sure if this is a “right book at the wrong time” situation, but this just was not my cup of tea, although I did enjoy Althea’s backstory/the 1619 setting of Crow’s Beck.
