This is a perfect summer book. Two marriages fall apart while on vacation in Italy. There's just enough of everything: relationship drama, food talk, a little dark but not too dark, funny, smart. It's told in chapters that alternate between the main players in the action, which is good because you get the story refracted through different points of view, but I felt like the "voices" of each character were a little too similar. A minor gripe, and one that does not take away from the enjoyment of the story one bit.
