Going Rogue by Janet Evanovich

4.0

I rate Stephanie Plum books on how many times I laugh out loud. It's pretty hard to get an audible response from me. I'm an only child. I did entire stage productions entirely in my head as a kid. I'm very internal. I definitely laughed out loud at least once during this one.

In this one, someone has kidnapped Connie and wants something nobody even remembers having. There are a lot of characters, some are related to the main plot, some are not. I really liked the new characters. They're idiots, but they are sweet. The real kicker is making Morelli's Grandma Bella a bigger part of the story. There is a lot of promise for development there. Stephanie lost 2 cars, of course. One of them was Ranger's. Lulu was the source of my laughing out loud, as usual.

The spice is entirely closed door, unlike some of the earlier books, if that's a thing you want to know.

I read the whole thing in a day. It was easy to fly through and I gulped it down. Now I just have to wait another year for the next one.
