How to Fly (in Ten Thousand Easy Lessons): Poetry by Barbara Kingsolver

3.5

3.5. My favorite sections were How to Fly and Walking Each Other Home -- the first had more universal themes, the second themes I could relate to as a woman and mother. The travel poems and commemorative poems seemed very specific, and I wasn't that familiar with the creatures in her nature poems, so I didn't connect with those as much. Overall, I enjoyed these, but not as much as I enjoy Kingsolver's fiction.
