Katherine of Aragon: The True Queen by Alison Weir

5.0

Such an excellent read. The author really wrote in a way that made me feel as if I was there with the Queen, from sights to sounds and even smells, I commend her on her writing.

I learned a great deal about Queen Katherine and I felt an enormous amount of pain for all that she had to endure and even through it all she stayed committed to King Henry.

Her legacy and lessons will forever be remembered and appreciated for years to come.

After reading this I'm reluctant to read the next book in this series about Anne Boleyn just because of the horrible way Queen Katherine was treated and because I'm still so enthralled with Katherine but, as a true fan of Ms. Weir and the Tudor dynasty I'm looking forward to reading more of her novels.
