Aunt Dimity's Death by Nancy Atherton

5.0

This book threw me. I honestly didn’t expect to like it nearly as much as I did. I would have never picked it off the shelf if it hadn’t been recommended to- no, INSISTED upon me. And I am so happy that it was. I needed this book. It’s a story of personal growth, of lost love, regrets, friendship, death, and a mystery of piecing together the past in order to heal and create a future. It was about what holding on can do to a person, if they hold on to the wrong things. It was about finding the mundane parts of life and turning them into an epic adventure. My only complaint is that it was only 250 pages.
