Reverie
by Ryan La Sala
I really enjoyed the beginning of the book, the mystery of what happened, Kane's interactions with his sister and the police. Then right around when his friends are introduced, it turns into a rushed mess. It definitely has the feeling of a series that the writer condensed down into a stand alone novel. Kane's power wasn't well defined, and the most I ever understood about it was he has rainbows come out of his hands.
