Henry, Jade and yes, even little Bodhi were so good!
Henry and Jade were childhood sweethearts. When Henry tells her she needs to go and explore and find herself what he thinks will be a couple years turns in to eight. Jade does come back and Henry is playing in the NHL, a single dad to Bodhi while Jade seems lost. She ends up taking a temporary role as a teacher which brings Henry and Jade to interact more as Bodhi is the class.
I loved this second chance. The meddling of the friends and even Bodhi was so entertaining. The connection and chemistry between Henry and Jade was strong. He knew he had to let her go but Jade needed to figure herself out and what she wanted. When she realizes this it's when they truly thrive.
I was loving the fact that Conor, of all people was giving and open to give advice! This team that Piper Rayne has created is so much fun and I can't wait to read more!
