"Abortion is freedom"

This is a MUST read! Very important storiess from women who have had abortions. 1 in 4 women have abortion and women deserve the rights to have body autonomy and the right to have access to safe and legal abortions without the shame or judgement. It is a medical procedure,.

"Shout Your Abortion stems from the idea that abortion is normal and we are allowed to talk about our abortions however we want."

This collection of stories is o powerful to see different stories from different people with various socioeconomic,, race sexual preferences, and with different experiences and reasons for having an abortion (s).

"Abortion is normal. Abortion is common. Abortion is happening. Abortion is a necessary medical procedure. Abortion makes people’s lives better. Abortion needs to be legal, safe, and accessible to everyone. Abortion is a thing you can say out loud."

What I loved about this collection was that it not only normalized abortion but it talked about hoiw you shouldnt feel guilty for having 1 or multiple abortions. That we need to stop saying that you should only be allowed to have an abortion if you were raped or if youre life is in danger. all abortions are a right that all woman should have .

"Abortion isn’t something we have to prove we deserve by having the “right” kind of unwanted pregnancy. It’s something we are entitled to regardless of the circumstances of our pregnancy, because the provision of safe, legal, and affordable reproductive health care is a human right."

I want to have this collecton on my table. there are beautiful photos and artwork in this. There are fantastic stories of women sharing their stories and we all should be supporting this and shouting for these rights for those that dont have the privilege of shouting for it theirselves.
