lighthearted
medium-paced
Plot or Character Driven:
Plot
Strong character development:
Yes
Loveable characters:
No
Diverse cast of characters:
No
Flaws of characters a main focus:
No
The themes were well developed (particularly the theme of vengeance), the plot moved at a fast pace for such a long book, and the twists and turns were fun to follow.
However, the book was waaaaay too long (which makes since, considering he was essentially paid by the word), and the female characters were one-dimensional and incredibly unrealistic. Plus, the character development of the male characters was uneven at best and nonexistent at worst.
