Detroit: An American Autopsy, shines a light on the realities of the downfall of the Detroit, it's one thing to think about the contemporary city through some artsy pictures of abandoned pictures, it's another to think about the people that also have to exist in those abandoned pictures. Shocking, sometimes to an almost cartoonish extent, LeDuff's portrayal of the people of Detroit added some color to the gray portrayal of the city.
