Like Shadow of the Queen, I can't see non Oncer's liking this book. The stories were pretty decent fillers for the series. The stories could have been filled in a little more. They were extremely sad and give a bit more to the characters, but it was so rushed. Regina's plot line seemed less likely than the others and, to me, didn't fit with show canon. I don't see Evil Queen Regina riding in a carriage through dirt roads all night looking for Snow, she has guards for a reason and she'd use them.

I only liked the art style in the Wonderland book. Hook and Belle/Rumble books were pretty good, but I have no forgiveness for the art for Regina. I saw the queen and I thought it was Regina but I had to read several panels to be sure, it could have easily been another queen. Her face looks horrible, and Regina never looks anything less than fabulous. It was so dark and scratchy.

It took me half an hour to read the entire book. Even though I'm a fan of the show, I would have been upset if I'd bought this instead of getting it from the library.
