Anne of Avonlea
by L.M. Montgomery
I love Anne so much.
This sequel is always a little harder for me to get through than the first. Davy drives me crazy: he's never sorry for what he does, he's so mean to his poor sister, and Anne and Marilla think it's adorable (though they can't let him know that). Some parts also feel slower than the first and some characters (mostly the kids) feel over done in places.
Overall though, I still love it. I love that we get to see Anne's antics even though she's growing up, I love the new friends she makes, and I especially love the happy ending.
