The Lost Flowers of Alice Hart by Holly Ringland

I really enjoyed this book - it reminded me of Where the Crawdads Sing, though to be honest I liked this one better. The plot was a bit predictable, but I found that comforting through the more difficult parts of the book (TW: domestic abuse).
