It's in His Kiss
by Julia Quinn
I really enjoyed this one from Julia Quinn. I was frustrated with the last book dealing with Francesa (was that her name?), I felt like someone new came in and wrote the book for her, it didn't -feel- Bridgerton like. I felt like we were somewhere else dealing with someone else. Anywho this book -felt- like Bridgerton-esque, it was lovely and charming and had all the twisty turns I enjoy in this author. I feel a lot like Hy so I really felt something for this character and while I feel like she writes a lot of the men in the same ways, I love how unique her female characters are. I didn't give it 5 stars though because I didn't quite love it as much as I did some of the others. Also, and this is just me personally, I realize she was out of alphabetical order with Daphne, but since we're at the very last of the series I felt it really out of place to have Hy's story before Gregory. lol But again, that's just me. Was such a page turner I read it in a day and a half! :)
