The Art of Seducing a Naked Werewolf by Molly Harper

4.0

I must admit I was disappointed this book was about Maggie Graham. She seemed like such a spoiled brat in the [b:How to Flirt with a Naked Werewolf|8182682|How to Flirt with a Naked Werewolf (Naked Werewolf, #1)|Molly Harper|http://photo.goodreads.com/books/1308973570s/8182682.jpg|13029341]. Not a likable person at all. But I reluctantly admit that she was pretty good as a narrator. Her witty comments made me chuckle a lot of times and even sometimes laugh out loud.

Maggie is an alpha of werewolf pack. When Nick Thatcher comes to Maggie's little town to explore werewolf rumors, as a pack leader she must protect their secret. Maggie is furious and agitated (even more than usual) by Nick. To use her description of him: 'the idea that he's trying to exploit innocent furred people instead of modeling for underwear ads - the way God obviously intended - is reason enough to kill him.' It's fun to watch them settle their differences. :)

Were-wolfs in this series by Molly Harper are not the typical creatures from movies. There are some subtle differences. The biggest, as Magies describes it: 'And don't believe all that crap Hollywood tries to peddle about being bitten and cursed by the full moon. You had to be born into our little club. No matter how many times we bit someone, that person would not go furry. They'd probably bleed a lot, though, and maybe get an infection.'

Maggies humor and weird comical situations in first half of the book made me think this will be a 5-star read. But the second part of the book felt much more ordinary to me and was only 3-star worthy. So in average - this book got 4 stars.
