Dr. Barry Laverty's first impression of his new boss, Dr. Fingal O'Reilly is not a good one. As he is knocking on the door, Dr. O'Reilly opens it and,. literally, throws one of his patients into the rose bushes.
Needless to say, Barry is a little leery about his new job but over the course of the book things work out for the best.
Ballybuckleboo is a small village in Northern Ireland and it is full of small town characters.
I really liked this book and am looking forward to reading more in the series. Two thumbs way up.
