Hans by S.J. Tilly

5.0

When I received my ARC of Hans, I squealed.

I had recently devoured Nero, King & Dom in just 3 days and was dying to get my hands on a copy of this. It has become one of my favourite series of 2023 and I can't wait to see a physical copy on my shelf next to the others.

We have been briefly introduced to Hans in the previous books and now it's time for his story.

Hans tends to keep to himself, until he finds himself obsessed with his new neighbour Cassie, aka Cassandra, Girl, Little Girl, Butterfly. He has cameras set up so he can watch her every move, while also trying to avoid her.

Cassie is also obsessed with Hans, aka Grizzly Bear. She constantly bakes him things that she has to leave on his doorstep when he refuses to answer the door.

He gives up avoiding her after accidentally receiving a book of photos she had taken as a birthday gift to herself.

Of the 4 books this was the most emotional as you get Hans background.

This book also made me laugh the most with some of Hans thoughts and actions.

I have never highlighted a book so much before. I have highlights every few pages.

I love the epilogue. You get a little bit from all of the main characters in the series.

Even though this is the last Alliance book I hope we get more set in this world as I need books on two other characters in this book - Cain and Karmine (one of the ladies who helped Dom in his book).
