oh how i’ve missed the salacious players club. sara did it again. this book was EVERYTHING. this book did not disappoint.
ronan and daisy are so special as individuals and have such a beautiful relationship together, just like the other characters in this series. while the highest bidder is kinky and steamy, it is also beautiful in its own way. it’s emotional and raw, and roman and daisy both grieve together due to daisy losing her mother to cancer, and ronan losing his wife and son due to a car accident.
this book has a 35 year age gap (he’s 56, she’s 21) and has daddy kink involved. NOW, i typically love age gaps, but don’t really care for daddy kinks that much. i tend to find them cringey. BUT, with that being said, NOTHING about this was cringey for me and i’m SO happy about that because i was nervous about it at first.
