Once, I got used to the unconventional style of writing, I could not put this book down. Evaristo delicately weaves 12 stories of unique, seemingly real characters together in a way that left me clamouring for more. Girl, Woman, Other oftentimes felt closer to poetry, it was so beautifully executed.
Graphic: Sexual assault, Gaslighting, Toxic relationship, Rape, and Racism
Moderate: Transphobia, Lesbophobia, and Homophobia
Minor: Suicidal thoughts
