Series review: Absolutely bonkers premise and I loved it. It's higher angst than I normally read so I found it stressful and overly intense on occasion, but the characters and Grids made up for it. By the end of the series, I was mostly able to see the narrative value in the various angsts. Andie was a stand out, but many of the other characters were really well-drawn and complicated, like Rhona and Wade. Again, though, Grids is where it was at. I hope

they all get together sometimes and have friendly matches just for fun.

I probably won't go back and read the Vampire series but I might read the Covens.
