Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert T. Kiyosaki

5.0

So I know Robert's company just declared bankruptcy, but that's for a lawsuit not because his books are wrong. This is the first book I've read of his. In the lessons, told through parables, kiyosaki makes the important distinction between assets and liabilities. I've never heard finance broken down into this simple categorization, but it immediately changed the way I think about major purchases or investments. It's just the beginning of several books, but well worth it. Break the chains of working for and depending on the man. Acquire real estate and become Wealthy.
