Four Aunties and a Wedding
by Jesse Q. Sutanto
Actual rating: 3.5 stars
While this sequel to [b:Dial A for Aunties|53310061|Dial A for Aunties (Aunties #1)|Jesse Q. Sutanto|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1601307658l/53310061._SY75_.jpg|81517137] didn’t have the drama of a murder to pulse through the pages, it took the family to new levels of silliness and fun. Every family has its quirks that seem eccentric to outsiders. If you think your family doesn’t have them, well, you probably aren’t been honest with yourself. Jesse Q. Sutanto has put an explanation point and magnifying glass to the differences—and taken it to the next level to show how, even if you think a family from the same culture would be the same, they are not. What an eloquent reminder that everyone is different, every family unique, and it is these variances that make our world so colorful and exciting. Thank goodness we are NOT all carbon-copies of each other.
