Why We're Polarized by Ezra Klein

4.0

Klein does a nice job providing some of the historical context for the deeply polarized political parties of today. This book is written for a more general audience and he does a good job covering important information without losing his main arguments. After reading this book, I have a much better understanding of why our current political party system looks the way it does today. The why is much more complex than I would have thought and I'm now more interested in reading some of the books cited by Klein to learn more about the topic. This book is definitely a worthwhile read and a good starting point for anyone interested in the topic.
