An absolute joy. It delivers the cozy aesthetic perfectly without minimising the plot. Some aspects did feel a bit unpolished; I’d sort of forgotten about the importance of the trials after a while for instance, so whenever it was brought up I always felt a bit taken aback. But I had such a good time and fell in love with these characters, so I didn’t really care? Maybe the sequel will flesh things out a bit more. I absolutely loved the romance and really hope we’ll get more of that at least!
