Tiny Beautiful Things: Advice on Love and Life from Dear Sugar
by Cheryl Strayed
I came into this imagining it as a memoir told over a series of advice columns. I never read the original website, and I generally don’t read advice articles. Instead, I saw this book as incremental unveilings of a woman’s journey through life, learning lessons and sharing them as applicable. Sometimes her comments were beautiful and profound, but not always - she’s human, after all.
