The Lonely Hunter: How Our Search for Love Is Broken by Aimée Lutkin

3.0

idk, I kinda thought I was going to relate to this more? To be honest, I found it to be like 70% insufferable. Lutkin was definitely in a different place in her life than I am - most of it was talking about how she completely centered dating/romantic partners in her life for like 2 years straight vs. acknowledging early on how that type of mindset is so unfulfilling and frankly counterproductive to finding your own happiness.

Rounded up to 3 stars because the conclusion albeit brief finally explored some interesting concepts that piqued my interest.
