The stories are quite good for the most part and there is a nostalgic feel to most of the stories with Nick Fury, Sharon Carter and even Falcon in them.
I'm not the biggest fan of Marvel's Civil War and am pretty disappointed with the whole "Death of Captain America" storyline, but the Winter Soldier arc and where that is leading are a redeeming factor.
