Looking Glass Sound by Catriona Ward

We follow Wilder, a boy who goes on a summer vacation with his parents who are fighting more and more and meets Nat and Harper, and they have a whirlwind of a time together.

This is right up my alley. Trauma, bonded friendships broken, mental health, betrayal, creepy, witchy, memories.

It's a very altered story and it's wonderfully executed. I feel like I will need multiple reads to fully comprehend the scale of this.

Please read it, the audiobook is amazing as well! I was surprised by how much I got into this. I kept cleaning because I didn't want to stop listening (unheard of).
