All in all, The Woman Left Behind was a good read. It’s not my favorite read from Howard but I believe she did a great job with this military-esque themed novel. Since the book was way more focused on the actual military teams and Jina’s training, I feel as though I didn’t come to love Jina and Levi’s relationship as much as I should have. I do like that they ended up together. I also loved how close the team actually was, it made me like the book so much more. I absolutely LOVED Jina, she was BADASS! She was determined, sassy and unbothered...my favorite kind of heroine.

Ever since I read [b:Mr. Perfect|469901|Mr. Perfect|Linda Howard|https://images.gr-assets.com/books/1327960914s/469901.jpg|487629] years ago, I wanted to try another one of her books. Finally, I can say I have and she certainly did not disappoint.
