The plot had soooo much potential, but the execution was just not it. I mean, yes it was sad and I cried (not as much as I thought I would tho), but the writing style was too much. The book just reminded me of a bad wattpad story, most of it was so cheesy and cringe. I couldn't take Poppy and Rune seriously. In what world does a seventeen-year-old speak like that??
Even though I didn't like it that much, I can see why some people love it. I can see how good this book could've been. It was so hard to decide how I should rate this book because of that. It had some moments that deserved at least four stars, but then, some scenes didn't deserve even one.
