Went into with vague expectations, and coming out I feel like I have a solid understanding of genuine self improvement! I haven’t read much self-help type stuff but this one is a banger.
Extremely thorough, Branden cuts through the chaff and gives you what you want. I was impressed with how diversely he presents self esteem, framing it from several distinct angles.
I’m a little skeptical of how authoritative some of his politically-oriented thoughts on self esteem came off, but regardless his arguments are fantastic. Highly recommend this, but it definitely deserves plenty of time to pick apart.
