Wowow I loved this a lot...sometimes it was hard to keep track of what was going on but I absolutely loved learning about this dark, emotional mystery and seeing how Damian's character transforms.
The summary made me think this was gonna mostly be about Damian dealing with grief, post his brothers death - it's a lot about that but I'd say more of his experience with the family whose mom takes him in, it's very trippy and unique! Crazy that this is a debut. Highly recommend this underrated gem!! The audiobook is narrated very well🖤
