Did not finish book.

I pride myself on my ability to accept any premise, as long as it is internally consistent. Maybe the problem is that I read this without reading the earlier books, but I just couldn't deal with this absolutely perfect couple, who was in the right place at the right time. They are stunningly good looking, incredibly rich (but want to use their money for good, great fighters (and crack shots), knowledgeable in all sorts of obscure areas, and so on.

I decided to go on to something else-- there are too many books out there.
