Along Came Trouble by Ruthie Knox

3.0

The writing was good and the characters were winning, but it felt a little too over-the-top at times - among other things, the amount of tabloid attention devoted to an ordinary, unexciting, ex-girlfriend of a rock star who was pregnant (not by said rock star) felt like it was a little ridiculous; I totally believe they're going after Jennifer Lawrence like that, but maybe not e.g. that lady that Matt Damon married before he married her. Also, Ellen and Caleb moved way too fast and committed way too fast. I liked the slow beginning and all that, and then suddenly boom! she's in love with the guy. I didn't buy it. So, overall, okay but not particularly thrilling.
