I have quickly become a fan of Perry's. I have loved a couple of her books, and I have liked a couple of her books that I have read. This book is in-between love and like for me.
When it comes to romance books, I seem to like small town romances better than many. I am not sure what it is about them. Their characters tend to be more unique and real-to-life. Perry seems to have a good handle on creating characters that I can't help but to fall in love with.
Even though these characters started out in one city and then ended up running into each other in a small town in a whole other state is a little unbelievable, it works for this book. It's one of those times where fate seems to believable. I fell instantly for these characters.
The story of Thea and Logan is sad, happy, bumpy, endearing, and triumphant. I enjoyed this book from start to finish. It is definitely one of those books that I won't forget.
