Quintessential fantasy feeling for me. I really enjoyed this writing style and I found this is really the only book that captured the same feeling I had when reading the hobbit. You’re trusted to understand the world you’re in and are greeted with intriguing and whimsical things from the start. Really engaging and innovative and I hope to read the rest of the series.
