oh my god this book was so cute and heartwarming. if you want a cute and quick read, this is definitely my top recommendation. i loved emmy and beckett, and i loved their relationship progression. i thought the reason they had to get married was so funny, and the development of the characters and plot was perfect. i loved emmy and beckett so much, and i honestly liked how their characters seemed to lack depth, because it made the book an easy, fun read. obviously this book isn’t going to contain some huge deeper meaning or anything, it’s just a sweet feel-good rom-com, which is exactly what i need to read every once in a while. it didn’t seem to drag on too much, and i loved how they were both able to realize around the same time that their marriage wasn’t entirely fake. there isn’t really a lot to review about this book, but i would highly recommend if you just want something sweet and simple to read!
