The Culture Map: Decoding How People Think, Lead, and Get Things Done Across Cultures by Erin Meyer

informative medium-paced

3.5

This wasn't quite what I thought it was going to be from the title. I was expecting something more anthropological about how people do things differently in different cultures, and the book is very much "Self help book for leaders of multinational teams in large global corporations" which I am very much not. It was still very interesting and I learnt a lot. Not just about how people do things differently and have different expectations but why they do things that way. So, I found it interesting but I wouldn't necessarily recommend it to a general reader.
