Snow's Prince by Nichole Rose
2.0
A banal and extremely on the nose Snow White retelling.
Insta-love/fated mates with a bad mafia hero, who isn’t very bad at all, and an extremely innocent 18 year old orphan heroine.
Sickly sweet and cringey, the cheese levels in this were high; we have characters from previous books named Ariel and Belle, and bad mafia men who do it ‘for the right reasons’ which doesn’t seem very profitable. Anyone who likes dark mafia, this is not it. Why do these cheesy wish fulfillment authors try to write dark? This isn’t dark, this was pastel and as substantial as marshmallow fluff.
Even with seven dogs, this couldn’t win me over.
