The Myth of Sisyphus and Other Essays
by Albert Camus
challenging
reflective
slow-paced
I don’t know what I expected from this, but I didn’t anticipate walking away with a newfound love and admiration for Camus. These essays are poetic, well-constructed, and (while dense) not terribly difficult to understand and read. I really liked “The Stranger” when I read it in high school, and these essays made me eager to read more of Camus’ work in the future.
